How do I make a Zip purchase instore?

Before you shop, check our Store Directory to make sure the retailer accepts Zip instore. Some partners are online only.

To pay with Zip instore:

1. Download the Zip app (available on iOS and Android).

2. Log in and tap Instore.

3. Confirm the card you wish to use for payment.

4. Create your Instore code.

5. Show the QR code to the staff member at checkout, or key the numerical code into the EFTPOS terminal.

You can spend up to your available Zip spend limit.

To avoid delays at checkout, make sure:

• You’re logged in before you reach the counter

• You have enough available spend limit

• Your app is updated to the latest version
