What happens if I miss a payment?
If a scheduled payment isn’t made by 11:59pm on the due date:
A $10 default fee will be charged per order
A further $10 fee applies for each week the payment remains overdue to a maximum of $40 per order
To avoid late fees, make sure there are sufficient funds available in your account before your payment date. We’ll email you reminders ahead of each instalment.
Need to change your payment date?
If you need to reschedule a payment, contact our team at least 2 business days before the due date. Note you cannot reschedule a payment on the due date, so make sure you contact us in time!
