If your card is lost, stolen or expired and you have upcoming payments, add a new default card to your account as soon as possible.
Don’t have a replacement card yet?
You can make a payment by bank transfer while you wait for your new card.
Transfer the payment to:
Zip NZ Payments (or Zip Co NZ Payments, depending on your bank)

You’ll need to:
Deposit the exact amount due as shown in your payment schedule
Enter your Zip order number (without the dash, e.g. 20xxxxxxxxxx) as the reference
Important timing information
Bank transfer payments are applied to your account on the next business day.
To avoid late fees, make your payment at least one business day before your due date.
If you can’t pay before your due date, please contact us at least 48 hours beforehand to reschedule your payment.

To view your upcoming instalments:
Log in to the Zip app, or
Log in to your Zip customer portal and go to the Payments tab
Adding your new card
Once your replacement card arrives, log in and add it:
In the Account menu in the Zip app, or
In the Profile tab in your Zip customer portal
