When will my Zip instalment payments be due?

Zip payments are scheduled fortnightly.

You’ll pay:

• 25% upfront at checkout

• 25% every fortnight over the next 6 weeks

We begin processing payments after 10.00am on the due date using the card linked to your Zip account.

If a payment attempt is unsuccessful, or you’d like to pay early, you can make a manual payment in the Zip app or by logging in to your account.

To avoid a $10 late fee, make sure your payment is completed before 11.59pm on the due date.

If you’re unsure when a payment is due, you can check your upcoming instalments anytime in the Zip app or your Zip customer portal.

Instalment timing overview

Your first instalment (25% of the total order amount) is due immediately when you place your order.

Your remaining three instalments are automatically scheduled every fortnight over 6 weeks.
