You can view your upcoming and past payments via the Zip Mobile App for iOS or Android. Either click through to the Upcoming Payments from the Home tab, or go into Orders and Upcoming Payments.
You can choose to pay one or more instalments or the total owing balance. Please be careful with choosing "Pay Total Owing" as we will not refund orders paid in error.
Alternatively, log in to the Zip online customer portal and view the Profile or Payments pages to see a log of all outstanding payments. Click Pay to pay an instalment. To see past payments, uncheck the "Hide Paid" button.
