Nope, we’re not like traditional finance companies! As long as you pay your scheduled payments on time, you will only pay the ticket price advertised by our partner and not a cent more.
Our business works by getting a small fee from the Zip partner you’re shopping with. If you miss a scheduled payment and don’t process a payment before midnight on the day it is due, we do charge an $10 default fee and a further $10 for every week it is outstanding, so make sure you have money in your account in advance of your payments coming out. We email you in advance every time as a reminder.
If you need to change a payment date, our team can reschedule it for you if you contact us at least 2 business days in advance of the scheduled payment date. Contact our team here.
