If you've recently gotten your payments up to date, but the app showing your account is in default, try logging out via Account > Log Out and logging in again to see the accurate status reflected.
The mobile app will keep you logged in to your Zip account so that you only need your 4-digit passcode for quick access, however the app may need to be refreshed for payments to show.
If you've made a manual payment from your bank account, rather than the payment method stored on your app (likely to be a debit or credit card) it may take up to 3 working days for this to show in your Zip account.
