If you can't remember your password, you can always reset it, either from the app or the online login. You can choose to reset via Email or via text to your mobile number. Follow the steps below:
Click on the link in the email to reset your password:
If you'd prefer to receive the reset password link via text, follow the same steps, but click on the "Send by SMS instead" link as shown below. Note: the SMS will be sent to the verified mobile phone number attached to the account.
- Your password must be 8 characters long and include a lowercase letter, uppercase letter, and a number, and cannot be the same as a previous password.
