If your Zip app won't load, first of all try closing the application and restarting. If you still see a spinning wheel, or a blank screen after the restart, you may need to upgrade your app to the latest version.
The easiest way to do this is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Press and hold the app icon on your phone and choose "Uninstall" for Android or "Remove App" for Apple. See the image below for further assistance.
Once the old version of the app is uninstalled, you can download the latest version of the app from the Google Play Store or iOS App Store, or by clicking here.
If you're not sure if you have the latest version and you can access your app, click on the 3 horizontal lines at the top left of the screen as shown below. Compare the version numbers shown with the version numbers in the App Store/ Play Store. Normally, if an update is available, it will show in the App Store or Play Store and you can download from there.
