If you believe someone has accessed your Zip account without permission, or opened an account in your name, please let us know as soon as possible so we can investigate. You can do this by submitting a Fraudulent Activity report.
If you believe you’ve received a Zip scam or phishing email, you can report it by submitting a request through our Help Centre.

Do not click any links or open attachments in the email
If you responded to or acted on a suspicious email, SMS, or phone call, contact Zip’s Customer Experience team immediately
