You may be seeing a pending or pre-authorisation on your credit or debit card because you have attempted a purchase and it did not go through for one of the reasons below:
- Page timeout or internet disconnected so your order did not go through
- You left the bank card payment processing page and did not complete the order
This pending transaction is just a pre-authorisation and will automatically fall off of the card if you don’t successfully make a purchase. Depending on your bank, and processing times, it might take between 3-5 business days for this to reflect on your account. We recommend getting in contact with your bank to release the hold if it is still being held up.
