Unfortunately, you cannot choose which card or bank account your refund goes to.
The refund is processed by the merchant and automatically goes back to the card you used to make payment via our payment provider.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for any refund to your credit or debit card to show on your card's statement due to bank processing times. You can get in touch with our team here if you still have not received your refund after this time.

Note: If more than one card was used to pay for the order, the refund will be split up and allocated between the cards (based on how many instalments were paid for with each card).
