If your refund was sent to a cancelled card, don’t worry — in most cases, the funds will still reach your bank account.
Even if a card has been cancelled, it usually remains linked to your bank account. This means the refund is processed back to that account.
If you’re unsure which account the funds were returned to, please contact our team and we’ll help you locate it.
If the card is no longer valid or connected to your bank account, we’ll send you an automated email requesting your bank account details. We’ll then arrange your refund via manual bank transfer.
