Although your card has been cancelled, it will still remain connected to your bank account. This means your funds will have been processed to your bank account. If you need help locating the account details your funds were returned to, please contact our team and we'll help you find it.
If we find that the card the refund goes to is no longer valid or connected to your bank account, you will receive an automated email from us to get a bank account number from you to process your refund through a manual bank transfer.
