Unfortunately, you can’t choose which card or bank account your refund is sent to.
Refunds are processed by the merchant and automatically returned to the card used to make the payment through our payment provider.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing times. If it hasn’t arrived after this, you can get in touch with our team here.

Please note:
If more than one card was used to pay for the order, the refund will be split across those cards. The amount returned to each card is based on how many instalments were paid with that card.
