Access is based on your account history. The longer you’ve had your account and the more orders you complete on time, the more likely you are to qualify.

Why could I see gift cards before, but I can't now?
There are limits on how many gift cards you can purchase, and the total value, within a 30-day period.
If a particular gift card is no longer showing in the Zip app, or you can’t see gift cards at all when you previously could, it’s likely you’ve reached this limit.
You should be able to access them again within a few days. If it’s been longer than you’d expect, please get in touch and we can take a look.
