A link to the eGift card and instructions on how to redeem it will be delivered to the email address provided during the purchase. On rare occasions, it can take up to 30 minutes for the gift card to reach your (or the recipient's) inbox. Please follow the below steps if your gift card hasn't arrived yet:
- Check your junk mail folder
- Confirm the email associated with your Zip account is correct, as the gift card is automatically sent there
- If you still can't locate the email or your digital gift card has been sent to the incorrect email address, please contact our Customer Experience team here.
If you received an email but it was blank, it's missing the link to the gift card, or you haven't received the gift card at all after waiting 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk mail. Otherwise, please reach out to our Customer Experience team here.
