You can manage your cards via our mobile app or by logging into your Zip customer portal here.
Please note, there must be at least one card on the account at all times. A payment card can only be associated with one customer account at a time.
To add a new card:
- Navigate to Manage cards/Saved Cards
- Select Add a payment method/new card
- Select the Set default option on your newly added card
- On the app, tap the triple dots beside the card and select the Set default option
- On the portal, click on the Set default option beside the card

To change/remove your previous card:
- Navigate to Manage cards/Saved Cards
- Select the remove option
- On the app, tap the triple dots beside the card and select the Remove option
- On the portal, click the X icon beside the card
- Select the Set default option on your newly added card
- Delete the unwanted card(s)
