After careful consideration, we've made the difficult decision to withdraw from the New Zealand market and have ceased to offer the Zip Pay in 4 product.
As of 11.59 5 October 2026, if you have a Zip purchase that needs to be refunded, you must contact the merchant where you made the purchase from directly, who will then assist you with your refund request. If refunded, the amount will go to another payment method, usually your debit card.
