If you have unpaid debt with other BNPL companies, Zip will pause your purchasing will us. We will receive a notification from Centrix once your outstanding repayments with other BNPLs have been made. We encourage you to contact your other BNPL provider so you can clear your outstanding repayments.
Once your accounts with other BNPLs are no longer captured as having outstanding repayments and when we receive the all clear from Centrix, we will unlock your account to shop with Zip.
Note: This process may take 14 - 28 days from when you repay your other accounts.
Permanent Lock
Depending on the state of your account with other providers and the time it takes to clear the payments with the other provider, Zip may permanently suspend your account.
Please ensure your account with other providers at the earliest possible date to avoid this scenario.
