To update your settlement details, please submit a request with a copy of a deposit slip or a screenshot of your business online banking account. This must include your trading name, last settlement date, and settlement amount, along with your new bank details such as your new account number and account name.
We'll let you know if we require anything else, and we'll email you as soon as we've completed the update.
For your security, please be aware that we'll only authorise the request to the email address currently listed on file if your last settlement date and amount match our records.
