By entering into this Hardship Payment Plan, you agree to Zip Co NZ Limited's Terms And Conditions https://zip.co/nz/terms-conditions/ By filling in this form, you agree to set up weekly / fortnightly repayments to clear the remaining balance outstanding on your account. This involves putting your account on hold to stop you from receiving any additional fees while you pay off your outstanding balance more gradually at a rate that is affordable to you. In cases of non-payment or ill-regular payments without reason or an agreed-upon adjustment, your account may be passed on for further collections to a debt collection agency. Please note that once your application is approved and processed, the payments will be automatically deducted on the scheduled date from the account/card that is updated on your Zip app for the payment deductions. Hence, please ensure you have sufficient funds for the payments to be processed. The payment dates and amounts will be updated on your Zip app if your application is approved. This also restricts you from using Zip services until the assistance period is completed. On successful completion of this assistance period, you may be allowed to use Zip services again, subject to the reviewed spend limit.
