You can manage your cards via our mobile app or by logging into your Zip customer portal here. Please note that a card used for payments can only be associated with one customer account at a time.
Zip Customer Portal
- Navigate to My Profile. Cards can be managed via the Saved Cards panel on the left
- Click the X beside any card to remove it
- Click Add a new card to add a new card
- Click Set default to set a card as the default payment method for all current orders
Mobile App
- Navigate to Account>Manage Cards
- Tap the ... beside any card to access the Remove or Set default options
- Tap Add a payment method to add a new card
