As per clause 5.14 of our terms and conditions, a person cannot have more than one line of credit open with Zip.

If you do create a new account in error, for security reasons both accounts will be locked, and you won't be able to shop at all. See details on what to do if you end up in this situation here.
If you'd like your credit reassessed because you didn't meet our criteria when you originally applied, please contact our team and we can do this for you, instead of trying to create a new account. Please note, a minimum of 3 months must have passed for your credit to be reassessed, and there is no guarantee you will be eligible for Zip now. More on how Zip spend limits work here.
