If you're trying to sign up for a Zip account and get an error message about your email address or mobile phone number already being in use, it means that we already have an account in our system linked to your details.
It may be that you signed up with Zip a while back but don't remember the number or email used. Prior to November 2019, we were known as PartPay, so you could have created a PartPay account which has been automatically converted to a Zip account. Please try signing into your existing account using your email address. If you don't remember the password, you can use the password reset feature.
You won't be able to create a new account, but our Customer Experience Team can help you get access to your old one. If you cannot remember creating an account with your details, please get in touch with our team here with the following information so that we can resolve this as quickly as possible:
- Your Full Name
- Your Date of Birth
- Your Phone number
- Any other email you may have used to sign up
