We're sorry to see you go! To close your Zip account you'll need to get in touch with our team <<here>> and provide the following details associated with your account:
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Reason for closing the account
Please also let us know if you need us to advise our credit bureau Centrix of the account closure. This would mean that if you want to shop with Zip in future, we'd have to reset your account so you could submit a new application, which would generate a new credit check.
Alternatively if we do not advise Centrix of the closure, our Support team can reopen your account for you without running a new credit check.
